Our Method

After receiving your order we call the customer within a week to make an appointment. Our goal is to make a visit within two weeks after receipt of an order. This is always done in consultation with the consumer.

Most complaints are resolved immediately during the first visit. If this is not possible we will send you a report with our suggestion so that the complaint can satisfactorily be resolved.

After our visit to the customer, we always send you a detailed report with pictures.
